This is a very exciting time for Lake Alfred Businesses! The City will begin a visioning and planning project known as the Downtown Master Plan. Components of the plan will review major issues affecting Lake Alfred's commercial and industrial corridors. Some of the highlights of the plan include:

1. Conduct visioning process and develop Downtown Master Plan to guide new development and redevelopment in the downtown core area.
   
   
   
   
2. Conduct market and demographic analysis for housing, employment, retail and entertainment conditions.
   
   
   
   
3. Identify opportunities and constraints.
   
   
   
   
4. Deliver downtown alternatives analysis based on public comments and results of findings.
