Impact Fee Increases

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN (July 1) that the City of Lake Alfred Impact Fees for police, fire, parks and recreation, and public facilities were established by Ordinance 1406-18 and the Capital Recovery Charges for water and sanitary sewer/wastewater were established by Ordinance 1405-18 and the rate shall also be adjusted annually (October 1).

Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Policy

Title VI Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Policy Plan Lake Alfred (PDF): Individuals who do not speak English as their primary language and who have a limited ability to read, write, speak, or understand English may be Limited English Proficient and may be eligible to receive language assistance with respect to the service, benefit, or encounter. Building Permit and Inspection Utilization Report
